So Easy Hits the NY Times Bestseller List
I collaborated with Ellie author and TV personality Ellie Krieger on her latest cookbook, So Easy: Luscious, Healthy Recipes for Every Meal of The Week. It recently arrived in bookstores and it's already hit the bestseller lists! Building off the momentum of her award-winning book, The Foods You Crave (see below), So Easy contains just as many delicious, healthy recipes, but with a twist—they're a snap to prepare. Purchase your copies of both books here.

Zabars Demo
I recently performed two live demonstrations at Zabars, the legendary gourmet foods market and housewares store on the Upper West Side. Over 100 people watched me prepare three types of fried foods for Chanukah, including parmesan-potato puffs with lemon-chive crème fraîche and parsnip-potato pancakes. We prepped in the cavernous Zabars kitchens, which gave me a window into the store's amazing operations. Thanks to the Zabars and JCC Culinary Arts teams for their support!

New Job: Food Styling Assistant!
I've been fortunate enough to begin working assisting the very talented stylist, Lori Powell, on photo shoots. It's given me the chance to meet incredible photographers, art directors and prop stylists. Since the summer I've worked nearly every month on-set helping style the food that appears in Health magazine. We also traveled to New Orleans in December to work on a commercial shoot. This past summer, we did a ten-day shoot styling the food for an upcoming cookbook highlighting the best recipes from ten years of the South Beach Wine and Food Festival.
